Cooked Meals and Snacks
All cooked meals and snacks are freshly prepared once your order is received, then frozen prior to dispatch to preserve freshness and quality.
Orders are dispatched twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, following the schedule below:
• Orders placed between Wednesday and Saturday
Dispatched the following Monday for next-day delivery
• Orders placed between Sunday and Tuesday
Dispatched on Thursday for next-day delivery
Shipping fees start from £8.99, with a maximum charge of £12.60 for orders exceeding 10kg.
Local Delivery (Within 20 Miles)
Customers located within a 20-mile radius of our location may place orders for delivery any day of the week.
Local deliveries are completed the day after the order is placed.
If your address is eligible, the local delivery option will be displayed at checkout.
Other Food Items (Non-Perishable)
Non-perishable items are shipped using our Standard Delivery Service.
These orders are dispatched Monday to Friday each week.
